When setting up sequences, you can write a prompt to instruct the AI on how to write the emails. This prompt will then be used alongside the prospect and their company’s information, in order to generate the body of the outreach email.

Best practices

• Give enough information about the purpose of the outreach email: what is your company, what you are selling, what the product does, etc. You can even tell it to emphasise on different aspects of your offer based on the profile of the prospect, e.g. “For larger companies, make sure to mention our collaborative features”
• Instruct it how to sign the email. We do not recommended long and complex signatures that include an address or a phone number, as this can lower deliverability of your campaigns. Using the first and/or last names is better.
• Make sure to review the generated messages (using the “preview” button) for a few prospects, and iterate on the prompt as needed
• You can pass it some examples of emails that previously worked
