You can enrich any list of leads with emails and/or phone numbers. Emails are charged at 1 credit each and phone numbers are charged at 5 credits each. If no verified email or phone number is returned, you will not be charged any credits (even if an unverified email is found and given).

1. Navigate to your Campaign home page
2. Optional: Select the leads you wish to enrich with email and/or phone number data. If this step is skipped then all leads will be enriched

For Emails

1. Click Enrich Emails. You will see a popup explaining up to how many credits you could be spending (remember that you will only be charged credits for verified emails found). Proceed if you are happy with the amount.
2. We use a waterfall system to check different data providers and find the best possible contact data - this may take some time. So please wait whilst the leads are enriched. You can always leave the Campaign and come back later - the enriching will continue uninterrupted.
3. Once complete the email data will be exported along with the other lead details whenever you export to CRM or .CSV.

For Phone numbers

To enrich with phone numbers, the steps will be the same as above except please click Enrich Phone numbers instead of Enrich Emails
